We were interested in selling our house at a fair price. We interviewed 5 realtors from 5 different companies to see whom we were most comfortable with, as well as what they thought our house was worth on the open market. Most of the realtors gave us the same CPA, but we decided to go with Duport Real Estate because we were most comfortable with Francine and the experience she brought to the task of selling our home. She went through our home and made a number of suggestions which we followed through on. There were two other split-level homes on our street for sale for a much longer time than ours, but ours ended up selling in three weeks for approximately 96% of what we were asking. We found out after we accepted the offer, that there were several others ready to bid on our home as well. We could not be happier with the support and advice that Francine gave us, and feel that her suggestions were instrumental in selling our home as quickly as it did. Another thing we appreciated was that she was always available to answer our questions, and kept us informed throughout the process.
