We were interested in selling our house at a fair price. We interviewed 5 realtors from 5 different companies to see whom we were most comfortable with, as well as what they thought our house was worth on the open market. Most of the realtors gave us the same CPA, but we decided to go with Duport Real Estate because we were most comfortable with Francine and the experience she brought to the task of selling our home. She went through our home and made a number of suggestions which we followed through on. There were two other split-level homes on our street for sale for a much longer time than ours, but ours ended up selling in three weeks for approximately 96% of what we were asking.
