Francine is undoubtedly that type of agent. During a real estate transaction, one cannot predict the challenges that may arise. (There were plenty during my transaction.) She handled each one with great ease and professionalism. She guided me through the process from the beginning to the end. She never left me alone to fend for myself. She was always upfront and present (both physically and virtually) even when her presence was not mandatory.
